Question: I'm a student doing a internship of a company, I have to make a overview of all current communication tools. However; I'm worried that I'll miss tools which literature often does not take into consideration?
What approach would you take? To make a overview of ALL tools (marketing mix) used in the marketing process rather than a selection of the popular tools used in this company?
