Thank you, Chuck! As we move through the Information Age, what we see is the gradual breaking up of large corporations as smaller and smaller companies - and eventually individuals - gain more and more power. That is why it is more important than ever to avoid "canned" sales and and marketing pitches and to try and understand your customer and personalize your message specifically for them.
