This is a great breakdown of marketing activities in order to create leads. A lot of people do not understand the sales process as it relates to the concept of of "sales funnel management": you are basically trying to get people interested and then move them in successive stages until you can close a deal. Basically, the more people you put into the funnel, the more sales you get out the other end. It's a numbers game at the end of the day, right?
