"YOU" and not "ME"!

This is a great concept and I like it very much!! It is so true that most sales and marketing professionals focus WAY too much on themselves... you can see it with so-so salesguys who walk into an appointment armed with all kinds of brochures and sales materials and then launch into a hour-long presentation where the only chance the customer gets to say anything is, "aha" and "okay"... WRONG!!!

It's the same with marketing where you see all kinds of advertisements about cool products or new designs and all kind of fancy efforts and activities trying to show off how great a company, product or service is. Why not focus on the customer instead? Good sales is based on asking QUESTIONS and letting your customer talk and good marketing talks about customers and what we are doing for them.
